Code §§ 18.2-499 to -500, state-law false advertising, Va. Code § 18.2-216, and breach of contract on the part of J.C. Pro Wear, Inc., Montgomery Ward & Co., Inc., James OLaughlin, and Craig Katchen. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the district courts grant of summary judgment.
