The employer contends that the commission erred (1) in placing the burden of proof on the employer to establish that the employee was discharged from his employment for misconduct; (2) in concluding that the employees threats to fellow workers and to the employers plant did not constitute "misconduct" within the meaning of the Employment Security Act; and (3) in concluding that threats made by the employee after he was ordered to stop threatening his co-workers did not constitute employee misconduct.
